Rooms and dorms

DORMITORY

The refuge has:
2 shared bedrooms with 10 bunk beds,
1 small room with 3 beds (one bunk bed and one single bed)
1 small room with 2 bunk beds
for a total of 27 bed spots.
All beds are provided with mattress, pillow and duvet.

SERVICES AND SHOWER

There are 2 shared toilets on the same floor as the rooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 shower with hot water (for a fee; one token per person).

Further services (only for overnight guests) offered are:
• slippers (available until stocks run out)
• wi-fi
• terrace with deckchairs

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS.
NO EATING IN THE ROOMS OR ON THE FIRST FLOOR.

SLEEPING BAG

The use of a sleeping bag is MANDATORY.
If you don't have one, you can purchase a disposable sleeping bag liner at the refuge for €5.00.

RIFUGIO TIMETABLES

CHECK IN from 3pm, with latest arrival time by 6pm le 15.30 con arrivo in rifugio entro le ore 18.00
After this time and without notice, the bed may be reassigned.
CHECK OUT by 9am
It is possible to store luggage or equipment at the refuge if you plan to go on an excursion in the area or climb the surrounding peaks.
BREAKFAST: between 7.45 - 8.30am (early breakfast on request)
LUNCH: from 11.30am to 2.30pm
DIMMER: from 6.30pm to 8.30pm
QUIET HOUR: 10pm (except for agreements for particular activities or agreed events)

HALF BOARD

La cena della mezza pensione include un primo, un secondo, un dessert, pane. The half-board service includes DINNER, OVERNIGHT STAY and BREAKFAST (drinks not included). The half-board dinner includes a first course, a second course, a dessert, and bread.

How to book

BOOKING: please contact us directly via BOOKING FORM or by email (info@rifugioscarpa.com).

DEPOSIT: confirmation deposit is required with payment of € 20,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.

As per Alpine Club regulation, the reservation is kept valid until 6.00 pm.

Alpine Club members are required to qualify as such at the time of payment (show their CARD).

Cancelation policy/Deposit return policy

WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: If you cancel within 10 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a €5.00 administration fee. Cancellations must be notified exclusively by email to info@rifugioscarpa.com
FROM 9 TO 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: The deposit can be used as a credit for a future stay, subject to availability, by the end of the current season. If the deposit is converted into a credit for a subsequent stay, a €5.00 administrative fee will be retained.
FROM 4 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL UNTIL THE DAY OF ARRIVAL: In case of cancellation communicated less than 5 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the entire deposit amount will be retained..
The amount CANNOT be transferred to third parties, to other existing reservations, converted into lunches or other drinks.
If a reduction in the number of participants compared to the initial booking is communicated, the deposit will be deducted from the overnight stay of the other participants only if it is possible to resell the cancelled bed(s).
In the event of particularly adverse weather conditions that could compromise safe access to the refuge, and only with prior agreement with the manager, the possibility of keeping the deposit valid until the end of the current season or the following one may be considered.

15-25 years old: 49,00€ (52,00€in the small bedroom if requested and only if available)

Children, 0-12 years old: gratis

REGULAR HALF BOARD
